Who is eligible to join Care N’ Care?
Anyone who lives in Johnson County (76028, 76036, 76063 only),
Parker County (76008, 76020, 76108, 76126 only) and Tarrant County and is entitled to Medicare
Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B can join Care N’ Care. Enrollment restrictions may apply. To learn more please
